I know you've got choices. The market is flooded with coaches, meal plans, workouts and opinions. You need to find someone that you can relate to and trust, someone that recognizes that your goals are unique to you. Working with a coach is a very personal decision, and I encourage you to look around. My experience not only includes being a certified nutrition coach, but I've got 23 years as a pharmacist, 21 years as a wife, and 17 years as a mom under my belt. I love to tie my education and life experiences into my coaching to give you the best experience possible. I truly get to know and care about my clients. I don't believe in quick-fixes, but I do believe that anyone can change their lifestyle and outcomes with the right tools and support.
